Keri Brownridge

Program Director/Head Coach

Keri was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. She moved out west in 2009 and absolutely loves it! She graduated with her Diploma in Coaching in 2008 and is NCCP Level 3 Trained as well as NCCP Level 2 Artistic and Trampoline Certified. She is going into her 20th year of coaching and 24th year involved in the sport. She enjoys being active as much as possible, and spending time with her husband, their daughter, family and friends. She believes that Gymnastics is for everyone and that it provides an opportunity to have fun, build healthy habits and learn valuable life skills.


Mandy grygiel

Mandy spends most of her time enjoying the outdoors camping, or hiking. She has 8 years of coaching experience and is certified in NCCP Level 2. In 2016, she graduated from U of C with her Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology. Through her love of gymnastics, she is proud to support and encourage healthy, physical lifestyles.

women's Artistic Program coach

Amanda was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. She is NCCP Level 3 trained as well as Level 2 Artistic and Trampoline certified. She has been coaching for 18 years and has been involved in the sport of gymnastics since the age of 2. She believes that gymnastics is a sport for everyone and you should always have fun and enjoy what you are doing. She is currently in school to become a Licensed Practical Nurse at Bow Valley and hopes to move on to become a Registered Nurse. She also loves to travel and does so at any opportunity that she can.


Leslie Saffran

Women’s Artistic Program Coach

Coach Leslie comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and passion for coaching and zest for life! Leslie is NCCP C3 Trained with a career that spans over 20 years . A former high-level gymnast herself, she knows first hand the dedication it takes to achieve goals. Her background includes, coaching all ages, and levels up to the national level as well as mentoring young coaches. We’re fortunate to have her join our strong team of dedicated and experienced coaches as our club’s programs continue to grow.
